Praise Edudzi Alormele is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with over eight years of post-qualification experience in taxation, financial reporting, audit, internal controls and risk management.

Prior to joining AI Energy Group, he worked with KPMG Ghana, gaining extensive experience across the oil and gas, petroleum infrastructure, manufacturing, utilities, mining support services and logistics sectors. His expertise includes tax compliance and risk management, IFRS, financial analysis, internal control frameworks, business process improvement and ERP systems.

At AI Energy Group, Praise is responsible for strengthening the Group’s tax governance and internal control environment, with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, process efficiency and effective financial governance.

He is committed to promoting strong controls, accountability and sustainable business growth through sound financial and tax management.
