AMA KOOMSON, ESQ.

Ama Koomson is an astute Legal Practitioner with four (4) years of extensive field experience in various aspects of the law practice. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association in good standing. She was called to the Bar in Ghana in December 2020.

Ama undertook the Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law, Accra whereupon she was issued with a Qualifying Law Certificate (QLC). She also graduated from Central University in Ghana with a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

She served at the Legal Department of the Ghana Railway Company Limited in Takoradi and also took up the role of an Associate Lawyer with Kwaitoo Law Firm, Takoradi where she engaged in both criminal and civil litigation.

Her experience in current Law Practice affords her the capability to offer specialised legal advice in Energy and Natural Resources Law, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Corporate and Commercial Transactions and Dispute Resolution across all law practice areas.
