Naomi Abena Addo

Naomi is a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources (HR) professional with over 14 years of comprehensive experience in managing HR functions across diverse industries with expertise in strategic HR planning, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Organizational Development. 

She served in different capacities as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Director at G4S Security Service Ghana limited and Belfast Africa a subsidiary of Kwarleyz Group of Companies. 

Naomi holds a bachelor’s degree in management studies from University of Cape Coast, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from University of Cape Coast and she is an Associate member with the Charted Institute of Human Resources Management Practitioners Ghana.
